Step 1: Notify Us Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the delivery date by emailing support@fulgeo.co or messaging us on WhatsApp at 79977 34240. Include pictures of the wrong item and your order ID.

Step 2: Review Process Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

Step 3: Collection Upon reviewing your request, we'll arrange for our courier partner to collect the wrong product from your location.

Step 4: Alternative Option If our reverse pick-up service isn't available in your area, we'll assist you with an alternative return method.

Step 5: Replacement or Refund Once we receive the wrong product, we'll ship your replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund

We cannot accept returns or replacements for:

• Opened, used, or altered products

• Missing original packaging

• Requests made more than 3 days after delivery

• Makeup products

You can cancel your order before it's processed. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.

We offer FREE Shipping as specified and we reserve full rights to change it. Shipping charges can also be changed depending on the difficult of delivery to the location or any circumstances by the courier partner incurring total shipping cost exceeding the limit we allow for shipping free of charge. Fulgeo reserves full rights on this.

While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur. If a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for guidance. Until dispatch, prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts may have restrictions and may not apply site-wide or to certain categories/products.
